Girls Rugby 7s is Back – Join the Dolphins!
Are you ready to give rugby a go? Surfers Paradise Rugby Union Club is calling all girls to step onto the field and be part of our growing Girls 7s program.
We’re fielding teams in U13, U15 and U17 for the upcoming GCDRU Girls 7s Tournament Series. No experience is necessary – just bring your energy and a great attitude!

This is a great opportunity to get active, make new friends, and learn a new sport in a fun, inclusive environment.
Plus, for younger girls keen to try rugby, we’re running development and training-only sessions for U6 to U11 – the perfect way to build skills and confidence without pressure.
